Who is Charlie and what is his swimming background?

 

Charlie has been swimming competitively for a number of years. For the majority of his swimming career he has trained at the City of Sheffield but has now made the transition to the Loughborough National Centre during the COVID pandemic.

Charlie has represented Great Britain on a number of occasions with his most notable result through this time has been a fifth place finish at the World Junior Championships. Along with this Charlie has been crowned a National Champion multiple times.

With his main strokes being Freestyle and Backstroke he has best times of 1.52 for the 200 Backstroke (short course) and 50.0 for the 100 Freestyle (long course).
